1. Course Enrollment Terms

By enrolling a student at ECWDS — Enjoy Computer With Divyakant Sir ("ECWDS"), parents and students agree to abide by the academic and disciplinary guidelines of the institute. Enrollment is confirmed upon completion of the admission process and payment of the designated course fees for Std 9, 10, 11, or 12 batches.

2. Fee Payment Guidelines

• Payment Schedules: Course fees must be paid according to the schedule discussed at the time of admission.
• Receipts: Official receipts are issued for all fee payments. Parents are advised to retain receipts for future reference.
• Refund Policy: Fees once paid are non-transferable and non-refundable, as batch sizes are limited to ensure individual attention and computer lab seat availability.

3. Attendance & Academic Expectations

• Regularity: Consistent attendance in both theory and practical lab sessions is essential for mastering GSEB and CBSE computer syllabi.
• Leave Absence: In case of illness or unavoidable absence, parents should inform the institute in advance via phone or WhatsApp.
• Mock Tests: Participation in weekly and pre-board mock exams is mandatory. Error logs and test results are shared with parents to ensure transparent academic tracking.

4. Practical Lab & Classroom Rules

• Care of Equipment: Students must handle computer hardware, peripherals, and lab equipment with care. Any intentional damage to institute property may result in disciplinary action or recovery of repair costs.
• Lab Discipline: Lab computers are strictly reserved for academic exercises, programming practice, and project work assigned by Divyakant Sir and faculty. Unauthorized browsing, gaming, or downloading is prohibited.
• Punctuality: Students should arrive 5–10 minutes prior to batch start times to ensure undisturbed practical demonstrations.

5. Modifications to Terms

ECWDS reserves the right to update batch timings, classroom guidelines, or administrative policies as necessary to maintain academic excellence and comply with educational board schedules.
